I share a lot of running content because we coach & the majority of our massage clients are athletes. But what really deserves to be highlighted more are cases like this.

Big shout out to our coaching & massage client @ruffnredi2020 on completing her first triathlon yesterday 🙌🏼 Samantha has big goals of completing several “first’s” this year (including a half marathon and Ironman 70.3) and has been super dedicated to the training process. Excited to see the rest of your season unfold 💪🏼
Wednesday thoughts. These are a few examples of the principles we follow at Compass. Don’t overcomplicate training….find a simple program that works for YOU that you can consistently show up for over the long-term. Consistency is where the magic happens in training.
